Citizen's Involvement and Participation Strategies

  • Development of sensitization, awareness and training processes covering inclusive, anti-discrimination and internal and external relationship practices for employees, clients, citizens or other stakeholders. The objective is allowing different types of organizations to achieve high reputation levels, improve the work environment and at the same time respect the protected rights of minorities.
  • Analysis of social contexts related to relevant situations or topics, strategic actors, and interests agendas.
  • Expertise in the development of social dialogues with relevant stakeholders and social groups, when considered strategic for project implementations.
  • Stakeholders and/or citizens activation in order to assure applicable feedback and project complementation or implementation.
  • Development of citizen participation strategies to obtain social licenses necessary to develop public and private projects.
